Pick a membership tier

Fixed-price tiers replace the old negotiated pricing. The application will auto-recommend a tier based on how many titles you enter — you can adjust on the review page before submitting.

Tier 1 · Entry
$750/year

1-2 titles. Online-only eligible. Best fit for new or small programs testing varsity esports.

Tier 2 · Standard
$1,750/year

3-5 titles. The competitive middle. Most programs land here.

Tier 3 · Premier
$3,500/year

6+ titles. LAN priority. For programs running a full varsity calendar.

Two tracks per team

For each team you enter, pick a track. The same online regular season; the LAN Track also travels to The Clash. Below 8 LAN commits per title, that title runs online-only and LAN teams get a refund.

LAN Track
$1,500/team/title

Online regular season + The Clash. Includes competition entry, production, merch, prize pool, awards. $500 refundable deposit per team holds the slot through roster lock.

Travel + meal bundles optional 8-team minimum per title
Online-Only Track
$350/team/title

Online regular season + online playoffs. Same schedule, same standings. No travel required. $500 refundable deposit per team. A and B teams allowed (independent records).

No travel A + B teams allowed

The Clash · Butler Esports Park, Indianapolis. Three days, six titles, two brackets per title.

Online season: September 1, 2026 — March 2027 (two phases). Exact Clash dates confirmed by October 2026.

Refundable deposit · clear withdrawal policy

The $500 deposit per team replaces "trust us, we'll show up." It also protects the programs that do commit — forfeited deposits subsidize the rest.

Withdraw before July 15
Full refund

Deposit returned in full. Team fees refunded. No questions, no friction.

Withdraw July 15 — Aug 30
50% deposit forfeit

$250 forfeited per team. Team fees still refunded — we can rebook the slot.

Withdraw after Aug 30
Full deposit forfeit

$500 forfeited per team. Team fees non-refundable. Roster is locked.

If UEA cancels a title (below the 8-team LAN minimum, or any other reason on our end), you get a full refund of all fees and deposit.

How the application works

Step 1
Declare in one form

Tell us your program, director, and which titles you're entering — team count and track per title. We auto-recommend a tier.

Step 2
Review & submit

Confirm tier, teams, and the upfront total. Submit when ready — your AD gets clear numbers to plan against.

Step 3
We send your invoice

After we review and approve the application, UEA issues an invoice for membership + per-team fees + deposit. Invoices go out the first of July. No payment widget on this site.

Ready to bring your program in?

It takes about 5 minutes. You'll see a live cost preview as you fill it out. We'll email you a confirmation the moment you submit.

By submitting an application you agree to receive 2026-2027 season planning emails from UEA. No payment is collected on this site — invoices go out the first of July.
